This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the online store reebok.net.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and an individual (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Buyer") who uses the site or places an order.

4.3. The risk of accidental damage or loss of goods passes to the buyer from the moment the parcel is received.
5. Returns and exchanges
5.1. The buyer has the right to return or exchange goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
5.2. Returns are possible provided that the goods have not been used and their presentation, packaging, and complete set are preserved.
5.3. If a manufacturing defect is detected within 30 days, a warranty claim may be made.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties
The seller has the right:
- make changes to the product range, prices and terms of service;
- refuse to process an order if false information is provided;

The Buyer undertakes to:

- comply with the terms of this Agreement.
7. Responsibility
7.1. The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the fault of the shipping services.
7.2. The seller shall not be liable for improper use of the goods by the buyer.
7.3. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
