Return and Exchange Policy

The reebok.net.ua online store strives to provide the most convenient and transparent service for every customer. If your shoes don't fit properly, aren't the right size, or if you discover a possible manufacturing defect, you can return or exchange them according to the rules described below.

1. Application deadline

1.1. The buyer has the right to request a return or exchange of goods within 14 days of receiving the order.

1.2. The countdown begins the day after the actual receipt of the parcel from the delivery service.

2. Conditions of acceptance of goods

To successfully return or exchange, the following requirements must be met:

  • the shoes have not been used and show no signs of wear;
  • preserved marketable appearance;
  • the original box is not damaged;
  • all tags, labels and accessories are present;
  • there are no defects caused by improper use or storage.

3. Exchange of goods

If the shoes do not fit or you want to change the model, an exchange of goods is possible.

To do this you need to:

  • contact support;
  • agree on the availability of the required model or size;
  • send the goods back after approval.

Once received and checked, we will send you a new pair.

4. Refunds

In case of refusal of the goods, the funds will be returned after the parcel has been received and inspected by our warehouse.

Refunds are made:

  • in the same way that payment was made;
  • or by other agreed method as agreed with the client.

5. Warranty cases

If you discover a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receiving your shoes (e.g., seams have come apart, the sole has come off, or other material defects have appeared), you can contact our customer service.

After checking the product, we will offer the optimal solution:

  • exchange for a new pair;
  • refund;
  • another option for resolving the situation.
